Today's workout wasn't the best, i never reached a 10
mainly because it was my first leg workout, so i didn't
have anything to judge it on. But the abs are a different
story. I'm used to doing lots of reps of them, but going
slowly and holding them really puts a burn on them!
Food is going well so far, i'd like to get some eas bars
to eat instead of shakes sometimes once school
starts. But as always, I feel great, and I'm definately
looking forward to finishing this day and starting a new
