fu**ed up friendships...

R did not check herself into any clinic. She signed on to
messenger a little while ago and I don't think they have
that available in rehab... She immediately set her status
to away and won't talk to me. I don't want to judge her, I
don't want to get on to her, I just want to know that she
is ok... I feel like there is something I should be doing
to help her. I don't know what to do. She is two states
away...

What am I supposed to do? How can I help her? I don't know
enough to know what to do...
