Wow what a workout! I didn't realize so little could do so
much! I have to be sure to use proper form as much as
I can so I don't cheat myself. But it sure made me weak,
I could barely write the workout down. So far I haven't
been hungry, but I've had my Myoplex shake (tastes
great by the way, just be sure to blend all the powder
into it so you don't chew it down rather than drink it).
Only 1 hr before my next meal. And I've already had 4
glasses of water today! I'll let you know how things go
this evening.
