usually i'll go to the gym like once a month. i'm horrible.
its somewhat wasteful to be a member of the gym when you
hardly go. and to top things off evertime i go i end up
being super sore the next few days so i feel like shit. its
awesome. =) i am such a slacker i need to just get off my
butt and go for a change and then maybe my arms won't feel
like they are going to fall off. ha!
