*I was scured*

damn, i was so scared last night..... around 2:30 my heart
rate went way up (i counted 97 per minute, when its usually
64) and kept going up everytime i tool it, and was
sometimes thready and weak. It was from the damn diet
pills i took... i never even thought that they would have
any effects like that. I was up until 5:30 in the morning
scared and waiting to see if my heart rate would decrease
to normal, go up, or even worse.... go way down. having
emt training, i know what can happen and i will never do
that again. From now on, its only the recomened dose for
me.
