Good start

Today is going great really a lot better than yesterday. I
binged and ate an absolute ton, about 1500 calories. Today
so far i have eaten 74 calories. That was on a yummy tomato
soup. i ate it with a teaspoon to make me full quicker. I
have written how many cals i am allowed on my hand so i
don't deviate from it. My allowance (taking into
consideration my binge) is 150 cals.
