i hate this stupid time change...

i hate this stupid time change. i can't sleep and then i
can't wake up. BLAH BLAH BLAH! i'm just wasting time this
inevitably leads to boredom and then boredom to my crazy
nature. really i do not understand so don't even listen to
me.
