going on w/ my losing weight program

hey diary! well this is my second week of my eating healthy
excersising diet. i have cut out sweets and snacks and am
doing well. ive already lost 3 pounds in the first week and
my friend and i calculated that in 5 months if we keep a
steady 3 pound weight loss a week that we will have lost 40
pound which i like a lot. i really hope that this happens
for me! i want to be fit so badly and im really doing it
this time no doing it for a little and giving up! this is
serious and im proud of myself! bye diary
