So today I've eaten
1/2 c. grapes
1/2 c. watermelon
1 banana
french fries
1/2 c. chicken noodle soup
grilled chicken breast
lettuce
1 Tbsp. ranch dressing
hamburger bun
Yeah, so I'm a porker. I'm so annoyed, I ws doing so well! I
think I consumed about 1300 calories and probably 35 grams of fat. I
think I'll go running tonight until my legs give out. I'm so upset
with myself. It wouldn't be so bad except that the fries had around
400 calories and probably 16 grams of fat (which I shouldn't have
had anyway, given all the starcth and fat) and I gave in and had the
bun that came with my chicken (I ordered a chicken sandwich and I
usually throw away the bun and eat the chicken with the lettuce and
dressing--protein is good). I feel so bloated. I've probably set
myself back a pound, maybe two. Tomorrow will be a fruits & liquids
day. And I will walk (because I won't have the energy to run) 1.5
miles on the track. I will reverse this.
Yesterday J goes, "I gained ten pounds." He didn't really care.
It must be nice.
