fun fun fun till her daddy takes the t-bird away

Ugh, I am bored out of my mind. This is the one thing wrong
with holidays. I get so damned bored it's unbelievable.
Time to come out and say it, I have no life whatsoever. Of
course, school is grand fun, but hell, with no contact
outside school, I rarely see anyone. Ah well, them's the
breaks.

Things being as they are, I've spent a good chunk of this
weekend watching movies. 'Transformers: The Movie' and
'Diner' happened Wednesday night, 'Sweet Smell of Success'
on Friday, and 'Heathers' today. 'Diner' was easily the
best; you can't go wrong with Kevin Bacon, Daniel Stern,
Paul Reiser, and Mickey Rourke. Kick ass!

If you've read any of my previous posts, you'll recall my
troubles with finding 'Transformers: the Movie.' All I can
say is, thank Jesus for Morpheus. I managed to get a
Mystery Science Theater short from it, two or three episodes
of Red Dwarf, 'The Way of the Gun,' AND 'Transformers!' It
was even better than I remember it. Now that I'm seventeen
and not seven, I get all the little jokes and subtleties.

I also did most of the work for my Stanford application
today, so I was reasonably productive. Now I'm off to a
pizza joint with some friends. The time will probably be
spent with me talking about how fucking cool Unicron
(Transformers) really is. Geek Power!
