First day

It's Monday what better day then to start a new Diet. Today
marks my 27th year, 11 month, and 6th day on this planet.
Ill be 28 in a few days and I have been fat for as long as I
can remember. I had hated myself for a long time however I
am not there any more. Im in a good place I love me, well I
love most of me and over all I think Im pretty darn ok. My
life is good. I have a new found spirtituality, I have found
the love of my life and I have my own place, a great job
adequate mode of transportation and all my needs are being
satisfied. I want to change my life. I have tried time and
time again and each timed failed. I know all the key words,
I know all the rules and the games to play ( with myself) to
get around all the rules. This time will be different, This
time I will succeede I will say that again and again to
myself until I beleive me. I have several goals. Goal # 1.)
Pray every day 2.) practice portion control 3.) exercise 4.)
write in this journal daily. So here we go today 11-19-01 @
7:09pm I weigh 326lbs with Hips of 68" waist 55" 32" thighs,
16" upper arms, and bust of 54" w/ a D cup. I will make
it my goal to take my mesaurments once a month. I will also
generally weigh myself in the morning rather then the
evening but for the purpose of beggining this journal I felt
it neccesary to get a control#. My Short term goal is to
lose 10lbs before Christmas. My Long term goal is to get
below 200 lbs. Tomorrows goals, Drink more water, practice
portion control and write in this Journal. Also might try
out TOPS club ( taking off POUNDS sensibly)

Ok Food Journlal 2 cups of coffee w/ 2 tbls of Non dairy
Creamer(80). Salad w/ Lettuce(10), Tomatoes(30),
cucumbers(10), green onions(0),Italion dressing(180), 1/4
cup Walnuts(190), Shredded Ramon cheese(90), 1/2 an
Orange(65), 2 diet Sodas, 1 lg Banana(100) , 1/2 Cottage
cheese( 90), 1/4 walnuts(190), 4 large bites of (100)Eric's
Chicken Burrito (damn him for leaving it) , 1 Chicken
Breast(142) 2 cups frozen vegetables(60), 1 Tablespoon
Margerine(60)1 cup Ice cream (320). For a Grand total of
1627, wow not to bad....I also exercised 20 minutes to a
tape and am working on drinking my 2nd glass of water.
