Friday, last evening at Weir House b4 my roommate leaves
for China, we had our last fish and chips : ) and then
decided to hit the clubs to paint the town red for the
final time. We went club-hoppin again…and the atmosphere
was amazing… Robbie Williams performed at the WestPacTrust
stadium and the music can be heard throughout Wellington
city! Even at AB House…loud and clear… and the pple were
streamin out and hittin the clubs after the concert was
over…unbelievably crowded…and the music was really good
too… Me , Guo Kai, yuling, seyan, dai jian and aaron just
bounced ferociously to the beats…Rowan was at The Grand too…
The Big Easy was way too crowded…not enuff space to dance
at all!!! We finally left town around 2am..as DJ has to
leave early in the morning…One more thing today was that my
supposed new accomodation bombed..the landlord decided to
give the place to the 5 residents… really pissed me off…I
have to find a new place in the last minute… luckily I
chanced upon a listing on the accomodation service and
arrangesd to meet the residetns…the place is fantastic!!!
It’s simply unbelievable… it’s a euro-style interior house…
and there are 2 ladies in the flat now…Nai from Japan and
Laila from Indonesia…great gals…really friendly…so w/o much
hesitation..i accepted the offer to be their new flatmate!!
Woohoo…finally setllted….

Saturday, woke up specially to see DJ off….really sad to
see him go,..he was a great roommate who gave me many
advice , espcially in getting this internship…really
cherished all the time spent chatting and jokin with him… :

By this time, it was checkin out for many Weir House
residents too…one by one…they checked out and left in their
parent’s cars….sighz… I’m already missing everyone…..the
lively and messy hostel was now a cold and deserted one…
just like the condition it was when we first arrived in
July…

I had also roughly packed my room…and Seyan/YL/Guo Kai
stayed in my room for an additional nite b4 we moved on
Sunday…Rowan came back at night ..and was quite pissed that
they stayed w/o paying…oopss…but that’s the way to survive
right : P

Partick also cooked some stew meat and fish soup…they were
delicious!!! Never ate so yummy soup for so long..we all
gahtered at AB house kitchen and feasted…plus we bought
strawberries…dirt cheap now…dunno why… really special meal
we had there…
In the evening..we also went to YeChun , the chinese
restaurant and had crispy chicken rice…fantastic….also
bumped into my new flatmates : P

We all slept together in my room thqat nite….reminds me of
the time where I used to play camping with my cousins…we
all squeezed together on the mattress and talked till we
sleep… good stuff…

Sunday morning, Nai picked me up at 10…she’s a great lady…
really helpful…I had heaps of luggage!! Mostley from
Zhaoming, DJ and Guo Kai who entrsuted me with their
stuff…. So we shifted and was done in ½ hour… then I helped
YL/Seyan to shift to their new hostel..Everton hall, many
weir house residatns also shifted there… it’s just a
stone’s throw from Weir…so that’s great…

Dinner, I went back to my new place…and my flatmates were
having a BBQ…invited many Japanese friends over… I feasted
and talked to a few of em…got to know em better too…. Cool
stuff : )..chatted with one really cute lady….and she
turned out to be my new flatmate!!! I only realised that at
night when she came over to borrow my watch for the
alarm..she’ll be doing a work training here in Wellington…
should be fun to get to know her…: )

The feeling’s weird now… we are no longer living at Weir…
and I’m living in a seperare place from YL/SY…. Felt sad
that things have ended…but excited at the new stuff at the
same time….Kai was also leaving today…. He’s become my good
buddy and classmate over here…really easy and nice to talk
to him…. : )

We hung out everywhwew till night… then I bade farewell to
Kai….it’s good that I’ll get to see them again in Feb…
although we are no longer living at the same place… the
wonderful memories will forefver be chereished….

Feeling slightly depressed…
