Today I've had:
1 x boiled egg
some roast chicken
Some steak with lettuce and tomato.
Plus loads of water and some grapefruit juice.
That's about 600cals. Feeling a bit slimmer. It's thursday
today, I'm gonna weigh myself on saturday morning.
I might do a couple more days on this diet and then go back
on the low carb diet I was on a year ago. I lost a stone
quite quickly on that. If I keep the calories as low as
possible too, I'll lose weight even quicker!
