Weekly Goal-

Walk 2 miles in 30 minutes 3 times a week

Short Term Goal-
Lose 10lbs by Dec 7
Walk 2 miles in 25 minutes 3 times a week
Increase situps to 100 a day

Long term goal-
Lose 40lbs
Do 300 situps a day
