WHAT I LEARNED TODAY: The manager at the Halsey Market said
he thought there would be fewer trick or treaters this
year, because of the anthrax scare.

WEATHER: Partly cloudy and cool with highs in the mid 50s.

SCHEDULE FOR TOMORROW: Bake Halloween cookies and make
hobgoblin donuts.
