I’m finally going to do it

It’s such a long time coming and I’ve finalized my decision to get a divorce.
I haven’t told him yet.
First I am working on becoming financially independent from him. My sister is being a big help in keeping the mindset of “survival”.
I went from being a kid, to being a wife…never had any independence my entire life…it will be a huge change, but I know I can do it.

I’m looking for a job during the kids school hours at the moment.
I also applied for some state assistance.

I have an upcoming trip Oct 31-Nov 5 so I will wait until after that to talk to my husband. Maybe even longer if I want to have some money stashed away.
