Isaiah: 26-3: Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on thee: because he trusteth in thee.
It is better of to focus on Christ, instead the news and happens this days. I do have fate for the better to be a optimistic. And the bible is a good reference to follow.
