Is everything OK now?

So, I spoke to both of my exes and now I feel sleepy rather than distressed. I'm glad I can finally go to bed and end this eventful day before I start overthinking everything. That's definitely something I should avoid now.

I'm gonna be fine... I guess. Nightmares are usually delayed by 1-2 nights so all I want is a calm sleep now, having self-confidence and knowing I'm strong enough to get over this even all alone. Who cares whether or not I'm single if my life is full of challenges anyway?
