The day at the beach could have been better. It was ok until we got back to the car. Some knob head keyed it. Massive scratch down the side. Why would someone do that? Were they jealous of my car? So I'm not going back there again if that's the kind of people who live there.

Didn't really sleep last night. I don't know how I did that drive and stayed alive. Not that I wanted to stay alive but I had to protect the kids in the car.

The girls enjoyed the day. All I want to do now is crawl into bed and sleep till Thursday. That's when I'm seeing the doctor. I hope she listens this time. If not I know what has to be done.
