My bad habit

I've decided to quite my bad habit, I'm embareced to say it, I'm embareced to even think about it.
I think that this habit is the source of every bad thing that happened to me, and as a muslim person I really need to ask forgiveness from Allah, Inzzd to clear my soul, and start over, or alse I will lose myself,,,
