I'm very grateful for my time as a blogger. The things I learned from redditors like the spotlight effect and seeking help for SAD were life-changing.

When I realized what the redditor was explaining to me, I felt my body become lighter as the rock on top of my heart rose into the air. SAD is not the personality trait I thought it was. It's a condition with effective treatment and ways I can manage.

I felt like I could finally love myself when I say "I love myself".

Music is magical. When I put my headphones on my head, I'm transferred into another world where the tragedies of reality are nonexistent.
