Therapy starts....

Well I have an appointment for a therapist. Not sure how I feel about that but I need something or I'm not going make it.
Laying in bed sick and chest pains. This stress is literally killing me I feel and I need to make a change.
Yesterday my friend was pissed cuz of me. I don't even remember what I said but fold your fist, that don't fly with me. He knows it too. I don't remember what I said but he did something that affected me. I'm sick and over it. I really need this counseling, I sure hope it goes ok.
