Had to walk out of college today. We were supposed to have a meeting about the complaint I put in. They didn't even bother turning up. Told us to be there early for it and they couldn't be bothered. That's not why I walked out. I was crying and really didn't want to be there. So told him I was going home.

I slept ok last night but I'm still shattered. Got a call from the mental health team. Went over a few things and they will call me back on Monday.

How am I supposed to do this without him? It physically hurts and right now I don't feel safe to be alone.
