Detoxify ❤️

It's super important for our bodies to detoxify. To get rid of the bad stuff and make room for the good. But it's equally important for our minds to detoxify. The weekend is a great time for this! I know it's tough but try limiting your social media time, especially on the weekends! It's amazing what getting outdoors can do. You tend to overthink less when you're outside. If the weather isn't great, even looking through your window and just focusing on the trees for a few minutes can quiet the mental noise. Get that stress from the long week reduced by reading a good book, taking a walk, meditating, or doing yoga. Try to stay present today. Change your thought pattern. Don't focus on yesterday or next week. Monday will get here soon enuff! One of the only things we have control over is our reactions. Change how you react. Try taking at least one deep breath before reacting. 💜
