2023, First two weeks

Good day, friends!
I want to share the events that happen in the first two weeks of this new year...
During the first 14 days of this year, there were no massive attacks from Russia.
In the first three days, there was electricity 24/24 and that was pretty good!
Also, God blessed my family with some support, so we could buy enough food for the New Year's Celebration.
That was great!
Also during these 14 days, I had a few orders - mostly, small ones and bigger one.
Considering two facts - I did not have any orders for two months and my love for my work, that was a good circumstance.
On the 14th of January, there was a new attack from Russia.
A few power stations were attacked and also one rocket hit a 9-floor building in Dnipro city.
For now, there is information about 40 victims and 70 injured people. About 35 people are still searched in ruins...
Also, this attack had a serious influence on the power system of Ukraine.
In our region, we have electricity only for 6 hours a day - 2 hours of light and 4 hours of darkness.
So, life is pretty hard.
The prices for food and goods would go up again because the shop owners will have to use power generators longer.
Also, it is very hard to use the clothes-washing machine, because the usual cycle of laundry is 3 hours and electricity is given only for 2 hours...
For about two months I eat with one part of my mouth - I have to visit a dentist but don't have the opportunity to visit him yet...
And the financial situation of my family is still hard, because, as I wrote earlier, I did not have any orders for two months.
The order I did this month would be paid only in the next month.
For sure, comparing my situation with 8 million refugees who are living in the EU and USA, or thousands of people in regions that are occupied by Russia or where fights are taking place, - my situation is much better.
But anyway, it is hard.
I wrote a post and share it in many Christian groups on Facebook.
In this post, I described my situation, my skills, and my experience as a translator, and asked people to share with it, in order to get possible new customers.
I hope it will work.
Also, I would be thankful to anyone who is reading my diary, if he/she would also share my information.
I work as a translator for over 20 years. I translate texts and documents from 7 languages into Russian and Ukrainian, sometimes into Azerbaijani or English.
I have a business website and 3 recommendations.
My business site is pereklad2013.com/en It is in 4 languages.
Hope, in this year God will change my situation for the better...
And for sure, I hope that the terrible war in Ukraine will end soon!
May God give peace and blessing to all who are reading this diary!
