Recieved my pay today and bought groceries with it. Salad ingredients, pineapple, cottage cheese, Raspberry Oranges, sandwich ingredients, ramen, bananas and diet cola.

I still feel like crap. I want 2023 to be the year of being healthier. No bumming cigarettes! I'm stupid.

Gave my neighbor 10.00. She's homeless now and needed the money because she's waiting for her SSI to come in.

I have to survive with what I have for nine days and then I get payed again. Next time I'm taking the five bags of laundry to the laundromat.
