I feel terrible. It's almost midnight and I've taken my medicine. Time for bed. I haven't been eating salads. I've been having meals that are mostly meat and potatoes or pasta and meat. I feel better when I eat salads. So when I get payed tomorrow I'm going to order salad stuff and some fresh fruit.

My Alpha 1 coordinator died. A new lady is calling me once a month.

I don't feel well at all. More another time.
