Happy New Year

It's a New Year...
I'm not really into making resolutions, but I do have some things in mind that I hope to accomplish.

For one... New Job.
I've hit that point with my current job that the perks of not having to take a bus to work, and being able to choose my own hours don't matter much to me anymore.

But I'm not going to take just any job. I'm looking for a job where I can hopefully be more creative. I'm not sure what that job is, but I know it's not doing dishes..lol

Something that I have been thinking about is cake decorating. I love to bake, and I love watching that show Sugar Rush on Netflix. I think it would be an awesome thing to learn.

Also I am going to start creating my own artwork again. It's been way too long since I have done anything creative..I need to start again. I have tomorrow off work so that is on my definite to do list.

Be more positive???
As I was deleting my previous year I couldn't help but feel exhausted by all my whining about how my life is playing out.

Last night I wished one of my coworkers a Happy New Year, and she said to me...
Nothing is new... It's all the same shit. I laughed in agreement, but that little voice inside my head added... Unless you change it.

So.. I'm gonna change it..Or I am at least going to try.

I have chosen my word to live by for this year, and I think it's covers everything I want for 2023.

The word is PASSION...

I'll write more about that later. Unfortunately I need to start getting ready for work.
