Should’ve stayed home

I knew better. And yet I still said I was going. And for what? So I could experience the happy family atmosphere with my headphones blasting and my phone brightness blinding me from the world? I must be an idiot. Fool me once, shame on you. Yesterday was just not for me and I spent most of it wishing I could’ve gone home. Fool me twice? Shame on me. This is the dumbest decision I’ve made this year. Should’ve stayed at home with the two sick people because that would’ve been more enjoyable than this. If I go upstairs they probably won’t notice so I don’t really care anymore.
