Saw the pulmonologist today. They weighed me at the office and my weight is the same.

Bought mandarin oranges and bananas the other day. I've been snacking on those. I'm better off eating mostly fruit and fresh vegetables. The weight comes off faster when I make my meals mostly vegetables and low on carbohydrates.

My brother bought me a pizza and I ate the whole thing in over a few hours. I kept going back and munching on it. It was soooo good. I have to cut back on carbs like the ones in pizza. One cheat day.

When I went to the diabetes doctor my A1C was good.

I'm drinking RC. Aught oh!

I'll be fine.
