Saturday Dinner

Dinner tonight was salmon, mashed potatoes and mixed vegetables. The calories were all in the potatoes. I mashed two small ones.

All my extra calories today are coming from the RC Cola I'm drinking. Yes it isn't diet cola. Oops! It'll be okay. I took my medicine. I'll test my sugar in a bit.

I'm still on track. Can't wait to be a size 8/10.
