Worse day ever

Lunch was great, well then we came home and yeah I am not ready to talk about this. I can't even allow my brain to think about. I will say yesterday was a day I will never be able to forget, a day that will traumatize me forever, I seriously have ptsd now, more than what I already had. Yesterday changed me forever and I may never recover
