In case anyone was curious. My mom's ex woke up today and he doesn't remember the incident. They have to do an MRI and all that still and afterwards he's going to a psychiatric hospital. So it looks like he is gonna pull through unless something changes. Some of his former co workers messaged me and apparently he carried the dryer hose around with him for a couple weeks and convinced a guy to trade him a car and then used the car and dryer hose for his attempted suicide. So now more people are upset because they said they didn't notice anything was off and they felt like they unintentionally assisted him.
