Blood in my mouth

I miss him all the time. But right now I'm worried about him. Is he okay? Is he doing good? I don’t know anything. Out of nowhere, I woke up and I'm panicking right now. I'm just worried. Should I text him? If he gives me any sort of hint, I would. Anything, anything would do. Otherwise I can't go past boundaries.
