Wrote this in rehab:

Today some ladies came in and had a church service for us. I loved it, it was exactly what I needed. Earlier today we had to take a thought that was hindering us, I wrote:

They don't love me
They don't care about me
So it doesn't fucking matter

I wrote it out and read it out loud and threw it away.

Today I feel loved by everyone I always felt didn't really love me.

Today those ladies reminded me how much God loves me

Today was a great day
