4 days at the auto mechanics on mechanics at $2400 repair bill a $1000 tax bill and a bunch of happy birthdays

My car broke down at work Wednesday. I hired one of those mobile auto mechanics to come to work and get it working. He got it home for me. Next day I got it to the shop. Then I got the bad news. It was a sensor in the power steering pump and they don't make that censor anymore. They had disgrambled to find out what to do about that. In the end they replaced it with a new pump a new airpump from several years newer model car. The new pumps don't have sensors. That's why they don't make them anymore. In the end they only charge me a 120 bucks. So that worked out well. So this morning I hadn't gone to work in a couple of days so this morning I went to work. I never really liked work.
Then came home to my email. The repair bill on my GPS receiver is $2400 it may be more after that. It's 5 or 6 years old now and they do wear out and get updated or outdated or whatever it sounds like a lot of money but I can't make money without doing that. I paid my credit card so they're going ahead with it.
Then came my tax bill that was a $1000 that said this past month's IRS income tax. That's expected I was ready for that. There were a couple other little bills. My pest control
And something else.
Steve called to wish me Happy Birthday. I'm 67 years old. That's an accomplishment. A lot of my friends didn't make it even out of school let alone all the way to retirement. Various friends and coworkers and people said Happy Birthday and some emailed it and some put it in Facebook and this year for the 1st time I got texted Happy Birthday.
