Not high…Exactly

I feel as though I could accomplish anything. I feel as if I am invincible. Music is softly playing, kids are on their various devices and I am getting ready for a well earned rest. Yesterday was a productive day. It wasn’t productive because I managed to get lots accomplished, though I did do, it was, however, productive because I managed to keep the anxiety at bay without the use of chemicals.

I am relaxed and mellow. I wish I could stay in this state forever. That would be grand.
