Another one

I saw another nightmare. These days my dreams have been so graphic. I don’t know what's wrong. A guy got his hand stuck inside elevator shaft. And elevator came down at a good speed and detached it from his body.

I woke up panicking. I don’t understand why my nightmares have been so graphic. I don’t watch tv series, don't have the time. Or movies. Or do literally anything else except working and sleeping.
