Dreams

In addition to schizophrenia, I was diagnosed with PTSD. I have nightmares, so my med nurse prescribed something for the nightmares. I don't like talking or writing about what happened to me.

Unrelated to the PTSD are some of my recent dreams. Last night I had one about meeting some of my cherished pets again.

Sometimes I have nightmares about my father leaving me in a nursing home. Or of not being able to talk to him again. He died, I can't talk to him now. Both my parents are deceased.

The nightmares wake me up usually. I had one awhile back that had vampires in it. Seems silly to me now that I'm awake, but was scary while asleep. I've read Dracula too many times. It is one of my favorite books and I read it every October to celebrate Halloween.

On Tuesday I'll pick up my library book after I'm done at the doctor's office. The book is by Stephen King.
