Every chance she gets

I really am trying to not be so negative… this isn’t that time.

I saw she was on the elliptical. Haven’t seen that in a while. I was going to ask her something but stopped and just said I wouldn’t interrupt. Then she took the opportunity to tell me how she never gets a chance to do things like this for herself. That she wasn’t even going to try until our daughter went back to school. Well, I was trying to give her space to do what she wanted, but she took the moment to chastise me… looks like she felt pretty good about it too. She wanted to kiss on me. All I could think was you think I’m an asshole. Good night.

The more I really try to understand her, the more I know I just don’t have that capability- or desire. She’s pushing me down a rabbit hole.
