Hughes Net Support? The modem that is rented
not to mention the service charges each month.
Guess what the modem for some unknown reason has stopped working. Two reasons only way this could be. One the cable connection has been disconnected and may be connected some place else. If this is the case, then I'll find out after 0800 Am this morning. Yes, I will also sign for stealing my personnal service and have that person or persons arrested. Reason for this message to get it out to whoever did this.Now of course, I don't know if this is the case. But, will soon enough after I fight with HugesNet billing department. Called technical Service at midnight since my bill is paid up in advance even. Dumb ass me. The modem is rented to me for whatever plus service connection monthly service. Will show a copy of this billing staement towards the end.
At this time I have connection ny using my Hot Spot Apple Iphone connection off my tablet connected to my desk top computer. The HughesNet modem will not connect even if I restart with re-entering the password. Meaning it is the modem.
The technical department of HughesNet can't help as their not able to connect to the modem from the office. Meaning that this modem went bad. Even if illgal connection would not be happening after all if re-connected to someone elses location the office would have been able to connect. This is after thinking of all the bullshit these Technical persons know what their talking about. Which I doubt. After all the modem if logical item, as I unplugged as well as re-set it many times before contacting HughesNet at 866-347-3292.First tech. hung up for what reason, I guess I was too hard on him because of discussing a service charge. Yes, a service charge, after being signed up for a two year contract as well as paying for the monthly modem charges.
The service charges started out at $150.00. Yes, $150.00 for a technition to drive out to see if their modem is bad or not to get me connected again. Of course, I said bullshit, I am not paying for any service call on your checking out your modem. I signed a two year contract as well as renting the moem from you monthly charges as well.
Then I can give you a discount, down to $125.00. This nest technical person was a gal. I am a bit easier on women than I am with guys. Now, finally I stated, hey I am 75 years old retired and live on social security as well as limited income. I am on a contract for two years as well as had to pay a service charge to get a dish hooked up and cable lead to my bedroom. Now, you want to give me a discount? I don't want a discount, I want you to check out and see why i lost my connection from last night and turning on nothing. I am already paying for your service. Not paying for someone to come out. It's your company and equipment, and if it doesn't work, then why must I pay for you to look at your equipment? Now, she said I can reduce it to $100.00.
What part of this conversation did you not understand? I am not paying you to check your equipment as I know I did nothing to it. Just turn off and on. We can add it to your bill for the service call. NO, no no, I repeat NO! If your not going to hold to your own contract then I will call another provided and your welcome to come and get your equipment. Of course this will hurt my credit since I did sign for a two year contract. Nothing I can do about that. As I never read contracts and take the persons word that they told me everything on the contract. Well, guess what She told me that if a tech. needs to come out to see why I am not getting a connection then there is a service fee. Stated that this is the first that I heard of this. Finally down to $25.00 for not knowing, and I still refuse to pay for any service call when paying two years conmtract as well as a modem fee. Well, now I need to wait until the main office open in order to see what they can do.
I stretch every dollar that I can, now a service charge being added or sorry your out of luck. Credit is out of luck at my age, screw it. Tired of all these people finding ways to screw the working people.
Meaning your rates with bad credit will increase on all your bills if credit is bad. It's a risk of taking you as a customer. Oh, now also a fee if you pay with a credit card instead of cash of $2.00 up to Five dollars for allowing your to use a credit card. Hey, to talk to real person and not a robo call talking device also another fee. Don't forget those late fees and being one day late. No grace periods on those elctric, water gas bills.
Meanwhile I am fightering for this cable HughesNEt 866-347-3292. also referral phone is 877-230-5020. which was $100.00 at the time I signed up, but now at $150.00 for all you new customers dumb enough to connect to any cable company or internet service. I suggest you use date from your cell phone and connect using your hotspotconnection for internet service. Once data runs out, you'll have to use lower speed until next billing period, unless you want to buy more data. They have you either way. I just use slower speeds, Not to mention if they won't come out for free, then I also save billing monthly as well as modem charges monthly. I am far ahead. But, will see what and how they wish to play later on. Only 0500 Am at this time. Been up as always am. But, watch out as things going to get worst for all of us. But, even a lot worst for you people still wanting to make a living anf pay rent and food also thos utilities, gas, electric, water, trash and so on. Own a car, Gas going to sky rocket soon.

After three other technical support people, they could not get the modem to operate from their office (where in the hell that was?) Finally still refusing to pay now $125.00 service fee, and placed me to the business office, and told them that I will disconnect from there service and as far as I am concerned they broke their contract with me. If they want a service fee of $125.00, then so be it. I wilol save more money and they still have to come out and pick up their equipment, which we know they will not do. They said we will send a tech. out THursday April 28, 2022 between 8-11 AM. They will pay the tech's charges. Then explained that by even paying $125.00, they were paying half of what the full price was of $250.00. I said that is nice, but your going to get my business by doing what you promised to do and keep your internet on-line. Then they said if I only paid and extra $8.99 ,month for the insurance protection then I would not need to pay for a technicial person to come out. I said I don't believe in paying more money for a scam of wanting to repair their own equipment. No, on the insurtance. If your not able to repair your equipment from the office then your the one that needs to pay for the tech. Not me, I am paying for a service. If you don't wish to pay for up keep on your own service, thn why should I even have to pay half. No thank you. Make sure I get the things that work, then we will not have to deal with the extra charges. I will let you know after thursday, if and when I was connected again to Hughesnet service in Rogers or Little Flock before the golf course heading to Pea Ridge. Now what else will I get to do rest of this week? ha ha or lol as they say.

Someone stole the dish, and all the other dishes that were in on this property was destroyed? Why and for reason is unknown. But, a police report was made to investigate the reasoning. After all that is a FELONY and ruining my only intertainment is worth putting anyone in prison for. But, have a feeling that they were all removed by someone here and thinking that since they can't get cable then I was not either. Wrong! I still have television service as I use Verzion for that. I use hughesnet for internet service! Now, since I know it was some ass wipe here at my house, then don't bother to ask for my television password, No longer going to allow even access by WIFI for those that act like fucking asswipes.
