1. Avoid talking, reacting, trusting and arguing with toxic people. You know who they are. The Onte's and P and A. Grrr!!!
2. Don't give AF kila P and A.
3. Follow the Macros App everyday for my calorie deficit.
4. Exercise daily to reach my goal of weighing 50 kilograms ASAP.
5. Set BIGGER daily goals.
6. Keep going, even if I'm lonely or so not in the mood or when I'm happy. Don't be so fixated on my emotions upset or happy emotions.
7. Know what your real goals are.
8. You are alone and it's only you so don't expect help from anyone.
9. Don't pray because when I pray, I expect a lot and when what I prayed for did not happen, I get angry and I blame God.
10. Wag na wag kang maging kontento at kamoante sa buhay mo, kasi when you feel comfortable, that's when you start to procrastinate and stop progressing and improving.
11. Dapat lagi kang competitive.
12. Hangga't nahinga ka pa, kaya mo baguhin ang buhay mo so laban!
13. Yun success ng ibang tao pantayan o higitan mo no matter what, use that as your inspiration to go higher.
14. Be productive, not busy.
15. Grab the opportunities that come your way because NOW is the right time. Pag tinanggihan mo ang grasya/oportunidad ay hindi ka aantayin nyan, lilipat yan sa ibang grab ng grab ng opportunities. Kaya ka napapag-iwanan eh.
16. Dapat ay may ipon ka para pag may business opportunity o whatever it is na gusto mo pasukin o subukan, may pera ka, kumbaga may bala ang baril mo. Be prepared.
