No rest for the weary🏋️♂️
I couldn't believe it. I still woke up with my lower back upset. Yes, I speaking as if it has a mind of it's own because it does. I sit right. I do the proper stretches. I get enough rest. In the morning, I still hurt!! So to make sure I was ok, I missed my 7AM class. Amazingly a couple of hrs later, I was feeling 90% again. So I went to a 12PM session but it's at our other gym. Two coaches were there and took turns. It's nice that they already know you. I guess after a few years at the same company, you get known by all coaches. Fun times. The gym peeps there were friendly and treated me nice. They better, I'm not smiling my ass off for nothing. Hehe. JK.
I went 90% on my workout. Heavy on all station except for pull-ups. That one is always a tough arm-pulling-out-of-your-socket station. I feel way better now though. Still drama free and life is good. I need to practice spontaneous conversations with people off the street obviously. Need to work on my game which is non-existent. hehe. Work in progress.
