Feeling drained 😴
Woke up at an ungodly hr but I guess that's my new norm now. I have a slight headache and feel hungover.
Same old same old right? The funny thing is that I don't get headaches. Last one may have been a couple years ago maybe? Tylenol bottles expire in my home. As far as feeling hungover? I haven't had any wine since I started the challenge at the gym and that's over 3 or 4 weeks ago now?
Maybe I've been overdoing it at the gym. Ave person attends maybe 3 classes a week. The dedicated go 4-5 a week. I've been going 10-11 classes a week for the past 3-4 weeks. No one does that and I'm the first to be doing this. Perhaps my body is finally telling me...no effing mas.
Whatever is going on, its time for some serious coffee for sure. Class starts in 2 hrs and its a cardio day today. Its either AMRAP or EMOM day today.
Shoulders and arms hurt of course from yesterday's workout. Feels like someone slammed the top of my body against the wall. Shoulders, arms, lats, and the clavicle area all are sore.
Thats all I got for now. Time for coffee. Good morning sweetie
