Hero's double billing?

Ok, let's see what the heck is happening here? ( Initiation Fee? )

Now, Hero membership is $29.99, meaning free shipping, and nothing about that being the initiation fee. States Hero Membership., Then for use of the Hero machine will also be billed 29.99 per month. July 13th, payment made, then again July 20, another payment for $29.99, for what? I am told for the initiation fee complete for using device till end of July? No. another fee of $29.99 will be billed for August, then against same fee of $29.99 in September. In short, then I am paying $59.99 for the hero machine and it's use for the month of July. After all under the statement of $29.99, is a letters of $99.99, crossed out, but beside it is $49.99 initiation fee $49.99. Above that is $29.99, and I am billed that and not the $49.99 initiation fee but two payments of $29.99 $29.99 comes out to $57.98, meaning even more than the original initiation fee, shown . Now, when I am told that something will be only $29.99 a month, the machine is free as long as I pay $29.99per month users fee. I expect either the $second billing to be credited to August billing or returned to credit card at once. If feel the above is not correct, then send me another shipping box with return Hero machine, and I will continue to use reliable pill boxes that have no fee's and have been reliable for years. Your choice as well as words stated in ad.

John Lewis $57.98 collected in July for initiation fee and again, but still pay more this way than the $49.99. I was not told anything about another fee, just told one price now $29.99, then when Hero Machine arrives, just $29.99 each and every month after thirty days, not double billing. Gless, that I talked to just went on and said your getting a deal. I don't feel that way. He also stated he would send a link back as to what I agreed to, and still waiting for that link as well.
Not to mention,. I sent email, customer contact chat, and no one comes on to check., but will get back to you and hangs up. No chat, when states chat on line? Finally found phone number; 1-855-855-9962, where I spoke to Gless, guess he felt I would forget about that link that was being sent?

I just wanted to confirm that we have cancelled your Hero membership free of charge and refunded your credit card in full. I'd like to assure you that no ongoing monthly charges will be billed but please bear in mind that your bank may take up to 7 business days to process the credit.

We have also created an order for a new box for you to send the device back, you can expect the box to be delivered in about 3-5 working days to your address.

Attached you will find repackaging instructions and a prepaid UPS shipping label that you can use to return your Hero to our facilities free of charge. Just print it out and tape it to your Hero box - you can drop the box off at your nearest UPS location. Please note that you have 30 days to return your Hero after cancelling your subscription to avoid incurring a device replacement fee.
