Perfect timing 👍
My back has been hurting early this week. Been taking 1/2 pills of oxy leftover from my surgery almost a year ago. Not all day long. Just 1/2 a pill when it gets bad. Yesterday I woke up feeling much better. Good thing because the gym went heavy on the weights. Dead lifts. 🏋️♂️Ugh..Not something you want to do if your back is hurting. Perfect timing for my back to feel better. I was careful and made sure I used proper form. Haha. "Proper form" Sounds as if I know what the heck I'm saying huh? I don't. I'm just trying to not get hurt so I try to do it the right way and not end up on a funny silly pic emoji of some lame person not knowing what to do with a barbell.
The week came by so quickly and it's already Friday and 1/2 the day is already over. Time for lunch and prep for the weekend. My meetup friends want to go to some restaurant/bar with a small band on Friday night. Sunday, my other dart friends will host a small bbq at their house so I might go there. Dunno. We'll see.
Overall, this work week went pretty well considering. No sex, no drama, no weird texts which is more than fine with me. I think soon we'll even be able to not have to use masks at the gym anymore. Better brush my teeth more often. haha. 🤪
