A Small Walk Today.

Went for a small walk today. Because I'm so out of shape i have to start off small. But im making it a goal of mine to go for a walk every day even if its only ten minutes. Just to kind of get back into a routine of walking everyday again. And even though ot wasnt a long walk. I feel much better. I just dont want to over do it right now since im back to working and doing lifting, pushing, and stocking etc. So for now... My goal is just go for a small walk and then build it up to how i was walking before. the small walks are just to help get me motivated and to get into a routine again instead of just sitting all day. My lower back already feels better just from that tiny walk i did. So im definitely looking forward to tomorrow's walk. :)

Also im not focusing too much on the losing weight. I feel like when i make it losing weight it takes the fun away from just going for a walk and being outdoors.
