Too Much of a Good Thing


Why is sleep an impossible thing to just Do Correctly? I have so much difficulty with it. I had a really hard time falling asleep for a while, to the extent that my doctor told me to start taking melatonin. But now I just. Sleep. And if I go more than a few hours without lying down I swerve right into fatigue symptoms. I know this is not an unusual complaint in my entries - It just came up because I WAS fine until right before this and I opened my web browser and now I feel Tired Nauseous for no reason. I should be fine. Maybe a little tired, it is late, but I took a nap for a couple hours this evening so I should be okay, not feeling like I stayed up for 24 hours. Think my body might be becoming too reliant on excessive sleep but it's so hard to fight against it when your body is just So Sleepy. And it stormed all day anyway, which is perfect sleepy weather. Oh well, weird sleeping patterns is an issue for future me to continue to ignore.
