Communications not strong point

Communicating by phone conversation has never been a strong point of mine.
4 yrs in high school I may have said
10 words to teachers when being asked
Questions.. what a life? On phone I can gab 15-20 on a good day. And up to an hr when’s it’s really important . It’s been a struggle. Not socializing doesn’t help by why socialize when you don’t talk? Catch 22.. I find it better now then in the past thx to my American friend ..
