Truer than True
Through My Eyes
OMG! This year has been really emotional for me but I must say since my birthday people have truly made me feel so special and loved. The love, attention and quality time from family and friends has uplifted my spirits and I’ve been so happy and excited. I’m also really shocked because I just received a call from my son’s father singing happy birthday to me. Lol! At first I didn’t know what to think because I haven’t seen or talked to him in many years. Apparently my son called and told him I was diagnosed with Epilepsy, so he felt the need to call and talk to me. Sadly he too has had some medical problems too. However he stated even with the medical problems he still go out and enjoy himself so he stated he’s going to come pick me up to take me riding to my favorite place to go which is the beach and have lunch sometimes. After we talked on the phone I received a text from him stating it was nice to hear my voice, he said my voice sounded strong and confident with a little sweetness and he can’t wait to take me along the coast. Since having the seizures I’ve been wanting to go more places and enjoy life, the main thing I’ve been wanting to do is go riding so I can sit back, relax, listen to music, talk and just enjoy the time spent with people.
